March 3, 2010 Minutes: NEW BUSINESS: There is an Ocean Fishing Trip to be scheduled for the end of the summer. A sign-up list is to be posted. A minumum of twenty five (25) are required to charter the boat. The cost is estimated at $125.oo per person. A bus is to be provided to and from Bellmont, NJ with 1/2 day of ocean fishing for blues. Anyone interested, please sign up or email rngsm@aol.com . On the subject line write Fishing Trip.

Many of our members had their addresses changed by the county in order to comply with the 911 enhancement. We need to update our rosters. Please email your address change to vwflyer@cybernex.net. If you have a club member friend who does not have a computer, please send their information for them. Thank you
- Membership Dues for 2010 are now being collected by the Secretary and Treasurer. The cost remains the same as for 2008. Hurry, if you wish to become a Lifetime Member, the cost will be $225 until December 31st.
- For private use of the Club or equipment, contact Bob Tucker @ 570-663-2477 for availability. Add your name, date and time on the Clubhouse's Master Calendar.
SPRING WORK DAY AT THE CLUB - 2010
It's scheduled for Saturday May 15,2010. Breakfast will be served from 7:00 a.m until work begins at 8:00 AM. All members should make every attempt to be there with what ever tools you may have to use to work on a project. There will be general clean-up around the clubhouse and trap lounge, fire wood to be cut and stacked, misc painting, seal the new porch deck, etc. Come and enjoy a great breakfast and lend a helping hand for your club.

Annual Dinner on 1-17-2010, by Dick Leavenworth --Sec
The day began with overcast skies, temerature near freezing and later in the afternoon rain, which fell on a light covering of old snow. Inside the clubhouse tables were lined, perpendicular to the walls, with buffet tables down the middle for appetizers, ham, turkey and favorite side dishes from members. A seperate table by the door was filled with home-made deserts. Raffles and prizes were located in the small conference room, off the main hall.

The annual meeting was called to order at 3:15 by President Bob Kuhn. Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence for all those protecting our country's security preceded the roll call of the members present.
Minutes of the last meetings were read. Nominations were held for Officer positions. Newly elected members are on this website.
